Job Description
Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing (Home Appliances)
Position Title: Service Technician
Working Location: Ubi
Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 8.30am – 5.30pm)
Salary Package: Basic salary up to $3,300 + HP Allowance + Transport Allowance + Service Commission + OT + Variable Bonus
Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
Provide after-sales service, troubleshooting, maintenance, and installation of our home kitchen products at customer locations.
Maintain enough spare parts in your vehicle for service jobs.
Conduct basic user training for customers.
Prepare and explain service reports to customers after each visit.
Represent the company in a professional manner as a frontline staff member.
Work together with both internal and external team members.
Follow up on outstanding service issues promptly.
Provide necessary service and assistance as directed by the company.
Manage and keep track of spare parts.

NiTEC, HiTEC, Diploma, or equivalent in Engineering (Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, or related fields).
1-2 years of experience servicing home appliances preferred
Experience in gas water heaters or possession of a Gas Service Worker License (LGSW) is an advantage.
Possess valid Class 3 driving license.
