Job Description:
As a QC Inspector, you will perform daily inspection tasks, conduct in-process and outgoing inspections, and compile inspection reports. You are responsible for ensuring adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and 5S standards, and you have the authority to issue Stop Machine and Stop Shipment orders when needed.
Key Responsibilities
Perform in-process and final inspections for parts and assemblies
Use calipers, micrometers, pin gauges and other metrology tools to verify dimensions
Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
Record non-conformities (NCR/NCMR) and support corrective actions (CAPA)
Complete inspection reports, lot traceability, and document control
Collaborate with production to contain defects and drive quality improvements
Maintain GMP, 5S, and workplace safety at all times
Requirements
NITEC / GCE O-Level in a related discipline (e.g., Mechanical/Manufacturing)
Able to read engineering drawings (basic GD&T a plus)
Hands-on with measurement tools (training can be provided)
Detail-oriented, precise, and able to work independently
