Job Description
Industry/ Organization Type: Building and Construction/ Manufacturing (Furniture)
Position Title: M&E Project Coordinator/ M&E Engineer
Working Location: Mandai Estate
Working Hours: 5 Days (Mon - Fri, 8.30am – 5.30pm)
Salary Package: Basic Salary + Variable Bonus + Medical & Dental Benefits
Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and oversee all M&E works on-site.
Review technical drawings, identify discrepancies, and report to the Project Manager.
Maintain documentation and coordinate shop drawings to ensure alignment with project requirements.
Supervise M&E sub-contractors to ensure timely, accurate execution according to specifications.
Liaise with authorities, clients, and sub-contractors on submissions, inspections, testing, and commissioning.
Lead M&E coordination meetings and collaborate with site teams to ensure smooth progress.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Diploma or higher in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or related field
At least 1 year of M&E coordination experience in Singapore’s construction industry
Independent, proactive, with good communication & problem-solving skills
Familiarity with local codes and submission procedures is an advantage
