Job Description
Industry/ Organization Type: Education Centre
Position Title: Admin & Accounts Executive
Working Location: Thompson
Working Hours: 5 days (Tue-Friday: 10am-6pm, Sat: 9am-6pm)
Salary Package: Basic $2,500 - $3,200
Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
Process accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger entries in a timely manner
Handle AP functions, including checking invoices and expense claims, and processing payments
Handle AR functions, including issuing invoices and following up to ensure timely payments from customers
Prepare monthly management accounts and quarterly GST submissions
Ensure financial records are accurate and complete
Handle sourcing and purchasing of goods and services
Perform general administrative and clerical duties to support daily office operations
Maintain office facilities and office supplies
Carry out any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Senior Finance Manager and Directors

Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
Minimum 1–3 years of relevant working experience
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office
