Project Manager (Singapore)
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end building approval and interior fit-out projects, coordinating with builders, consultants, and authorities. The ideal candidate has solid knowledge of Singapore’s building regulations, excellent execution skills, and strong stakeholder management. Experience with projects in Australia or Malaysia is a plus.
Responsibilities
Manage full project lifecycle for fit-out and renovation works.
Oversee plan submissions, approvals, and ensure BCA, URA, SCDF, NEA, PUB compliance.
Liaise with architects, consultants, and contractors to meet timelines.
Supervise site activities for safety, quality, and efficiency.
Handle tendering, vendor management, and documentation.
Manage handover and occupancy certification processes.
Requirements
Singapore Citizen (mandatory)
Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management
8–10 years of project management and fit-out experience
Strong communication and coordination skills
Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and MS Office
Key Competencies
Strong leadership and stakeholder management
Detail-oriented, focused on compliance and quality
Able to handle multiple projects effectively
Proactive problem-solving and decision-making
Excellent interpersonal and coordination skills
Preferred Attributes
PMP or equivalent certification
Experience in retail, commercial, or mixed-use projects
Familiarity with sustainable and green building standards
