Job Description
Industry/ Organization Type: Wholesale of Marine Equipment and Accessories
Position Title: Admin Assistant
Working Location: Tuas West Road (8 minutes walking distance from the MRT)
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5.30pm (One Saturday per month, 9am – 12pm)
Salary Package: Basic Salary + Variable Bonus + Medical Benefits
Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and renew vehicle insurance and road tax.
Schedule servicing, inspections, and manage traffic summons.
Track usage and mileage of company spare vehicles.
Manage renewals/updates for company mobile phones and maintain the register.
Arrange flights and hotel bookings through approved vendors.
Raise purchase requests for office supplies (e.g. paper, stationery, cartridges).
Process supplier invoices and submit payment applications.
Prepare meeting agendas and take minutes for Dept Manager meetings.
Provide receptionist coverage when needed.
Support the HOD with general admin duties.

Diploma/Degree in Business Admin, Office Management, or equivalent.
Min. 1 year of related admin experience preferred; corporate/technical environment is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
