Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support for order fulfilment and deliveries
Manage inventory control by regular cycle count and inventory reconciliation
Coordinate with agents, carriers, vendors and customers to ensure smooth transactions
Responsible for day to day processing such as picking and packing list, permit declaration, collection and deliveries
Ensure all shipping processes have timely closure i.e. from receiving of request, invoicing, etc.
Requirements:
1 year of relevant working experience in warehouse field would be preferred
