Job Description
Industry/ Organization Type: Environmental Services
Position Title: Mechanical Engineering Technician
Working Location: Tuas (Company transportation provided)
Working Hours: 5.5 days (Monday-Friday, 8AM – 5PM); Saturday (8AM – 12PM) / Shift Work (Day: 8 AM – 8 PM, Night: 8 PM – 8 AM)
Salary Package: Basic Salary + OT + Transport Allowance + Retention Bonus + AWS + Quarterly Incentive
Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance for all plant equipment according to approved procedures.
Inspect equipment, identify problems, and complete repairs as needed.
Maintain and update preventive maintenance records, including history cards and checklists.
Record daily maintenance work and completed tasks in the logbook.
Reduce equipment breakdowns and downtime by identifying faults early and resolving them quickly.
Perform overhauls and maintenance on fans, blowers, pumps, motors, and other rotating/mechanical equipment.
Support new equipment installation and conduct inspections to ensure safe and reliable operation.
Any ad hoc duties as assigned.

Minimum NITEC/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience in Process Plant.
Possess strong practical and technical skills.
