Responsibilities
Accounts Executive (up to $4,000/East/ Permanent Role/ Immediate)
• Location: East Area
• 5 Days work week
• Permanent Role
• Salary: up to $4,000 + Variable Bonus
Responsibility:
Manage daily financial operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets Register, and other finance-related tasks.
Assist with month-end financial closing processes.
Oversee inventory month-end closing procedures.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of staff claims and disbursements.
Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies.
Prepare tax provision schedules and handle quarterly GST return filings.
Coordinate with auditors on audit-related matters and schedules.
Reporting to the Finance Manager and perform all assistant tasks delegated by Superior.
Requirement:
Min Diploma / Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years experience in related job scope (eg, AP/AR,)
Experienced in managing full sets of accounts will be advantageuos.
Capable to handle high volume transactions (AP).
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and GST filing.
Familiarity with accounting software (SAP) and Microsoft Office will be advantageous.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
