About the Role
Join a fast-growing F&B group known for wholesome, balanced meals served in a modern café environment. Be part of a vibrant service team delivering great customer experiences in a clean and lively setting.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and serve customers in a friendly, professional manner
Take and process customer orders accurately
Handle cashiering and POS transactions
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of dining and counter areas
Support opening and closing duties
Provide excellent customer service at all times
Requirements
Positive, energetic, and customer-oriented
Enjoys working in a fast-paced team environment
Able to work weekends and public holidays as required
Prior service or F&B experience is an advantage
Work Details
Working Hours: 44 hours per week
Rest Day: 1 day per week (roster-based)
Location: CBD area
