Job Description
Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing/ Rubber Products
Position Title: Sales Coordinator
Working Location: Kallang
Working Hours: 5.5 Days, Mon – Fri (8.30am – 5.30pm), Sat (8.30am – 12.30pm)
Salary Package: Basic Salary + AWS + Performance Bonus
Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
Generate and process sales invoices and delivery orders (D/O).
Provide coordination support to the sales team.
Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and other duties.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Attend customers’ inquiries, provide product information, and assist with order placements.
Other ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Competent with MS Office and computer skills.
Good team player, and able to work independently.
