Job Description
Attend to all walk-in guests on enquiries, needs and complaints
Provide excellent customer service to guests
Maintain cleanliness of work area
Ensure proper records of facility usage and that corresponding charges are keyed into system and maintained accurately
Prepare and serve the food and beverage to guests
Operate dishwashing machinery to clean all cutleries
Provide excellent customer service to guests
Perform cashiering duties
Perform price tagging, regular stock takes and stock replenishment of merchandise
Actively promote ticketing packages, promotions and sales at the main admission area
Assist in the exhibition galleries and safeguard studio artifacts
Facilitate guided tour of various group of people
Perform end to end ticketing sales and cashiering duties
Requirements
Minimum GCE ‘O’ level with 1-2 years of hospitality experience
Able to work in a fast pace and challenging environment
Able to work on shifts including weekends and PHs
