Night Shift: 3pm to 1am

Location: Changi Airport
Job Scope:
Assisting passengers and visitors with queries and directions
Sharing flight information and recommending airport dining & retail options
Responding to inquiries via calls, emails, chatbot, and social media
Handling on-site incidents and medical emergencies professionally
Supporting daily operations and taking on ad-hoc duties as needed
Job Requirements:
Minimum GCE N Level with customer service or frontline experience
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Service-oriented and calm under pressure
