Our esteemed client, a reputable Resort & Country Club, is searching for a Customer Service Officer (Bowling Centre/Resort Reservation):
Job Responsibilities:
1. Customer Service Officer (Bowling Centre)
Handle daily operations and maintain facilities within the Bowling Centre.
Manage the cashier counter during operation hours and reconcile daily payment balances.
Provide excellent customer service to Club Members, guests, and the public.
Ensure compliance with established game rules during bowling leagues and competitions.
Update and maintain bowlers’ records and results, including handicaps, league results, and competition results.
2. Customer Service Officer (Reservation)
Handle phone and walk-in inquiries related to bookings and reservations
Provide guests with essential information including property rules, emergency contacts, and check-in/out procedures
Collect payments for accommodation and facility usage accurately
Perform daily cash tallying and reconcile with revenue collection reports
Track and follow up on lost-and-found items
Generate and share daily check-in reports with relevant teams (e.g. security and housekeeping)
Record and submit monthly usage readings for photocopiers or other equipment
Job Requirements:
Minimum GCE N Level or equivalent with at least 1 year of relevant experience
Willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Additional Information:
Salary: Up to SGD 2,500 + AWS + Variable Bonus
Working Location: Changi (Transport provided)
Working Hours: 5 Days, Monday to Sunday, 8.30am to 5.45pm
