Job Description
Industry/ Organization Type: Energy Solutions
Position Title: Document Controller Admin
Working Location: Jurong West
Working Hours: 5 days (Mon-Fri: 8.30am-5pm)
Salary Package: Basic up to $3,500 + Bonus
Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
Organize and maintain filing systems for documents such as drawings, reports and transmittals etc.
Track document versions, ensure the correct version is used and archive documents properly
Ensure timely and accurate distribution of documents to the right team member
Check documents for accuracy, completeness and consistency, and make necessary edits or updates
Provide efficient document retrieval for various requests
Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information
Prepare ad-hoc reports on projects as needed
Provide help on document control procedures and systems to other employees
Perform other duties as required by the Supervisor / H.O.D.

Professional certificate or Diploma in Business / Engineering
Minimum 2 years of experience in engineering document control
Familiar with project management
Proficient typing and editing skills, Data organization skills
Well versed in MS Office and MS Excel & Power Point
