Job Description
Industry/ Organization Type: Building construction
Position Title: Project Coordinator
Working Location: Kampong Ubi
Working Hours: 5 days (Mon-Fri: 8.30AM – 6PM)
Salary Package: Basic $3,500 – $4,000 + AWS
Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
Attend and support project meetings
Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders such as contractors, clients, and partners
Assist in conducting progress meetings and follow up on project issues
Ensure safety procedures and environmental standards are followed at the work site
Support daily construction activities and site coordination
Monitor project progress and report updates, risks, and issues to management
Review manpower usage, timelines, and resource requirements
Track project performance and identify areas for improvement
Maintain good working relationships with all site parties to ensure smooth workflow
Ensure proper documentation and records are maintained
Assist in planning, scheduling, and cost tracking of projects

Diploma in Building, Facilities Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent is preferred
Able to work independently and coordinate tasks effectively
Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage
