Job Description
Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacture of Electrical Equipment
Position Title: Admin Assistant (Sales Support)
Working Location: Nearest MRT – Woodlands North/Admiralty
Working Hours: 5 Days (Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM)
Salary Package: Basic Salary + VB
Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
Handle and follow up on customer inquiries.
Prepare quotations, provide sales support, and perform administrative tasks.
Communicate with customers regarding quotations and purchase order issues.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Perform other duties as assigned.

NITEC or “O” levels holder.
Minimum 2 years of work experience.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT).
Service oriented
