Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

Minimum:

• 5 years’ experience (Diploma holder), or

• 10 years’ experience (Certificate holder)

Strong hands-on experience in plant equipment maintenance, inspection, and servicing

Experience in power plant or oil & gas industry is highly preferred

Equipment maintenance works such as:

• Alignment

• Fabrication

• Hydraulic and pneumatic systems

Overhaul and servicing of:

• Rotating equipment

• Gearboxes

• Valves

• Hydraulic and pneumatic systems

Execute mechanical maintenance, inspection, and overhaul works in compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements

Support development of technical work scopes including hazard & risk assessments, inspection test plans (ITP), and checklists

Perform hands-on servicing, troubleshooting, and repair of plant equipment

Ensure proper care, maintenance, and readiness of tools and equipment for safe execution

Coordinate and monitor vendors and subcontractors to ensure compliance with technical and safety standards

Contribute to continuous improvement of work methods and job execution through post-project reviews

Prepare and submit progress, completion, and final reports in a timely and professional manner

Continuously upgrade technical skills to support evolving project and business needs
