Tanggungjawab

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document management
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors/suppliers
  • Assist in basic HR functions (attendance tracking, leave records, onboarding documentation)
  • Support recruitment activities by posting job ads and arranging interviews
  • Prepare simple reports, letters, and internal documentation
  • Assist in invoicing, payment tracking, and basic accounting support
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and company events
  • Maintain proper filing system (physical and digital)
  • Support other ad hoc administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • SPM / Diploma in Business Administration or related field
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Basic knowledge of admin, HR, or accounting functions is an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Good communication skills
  • Responsible, proactive, and able to multitask

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
