Responsibilities

️ About the Role

We are a parking operator managing multiple car park assets across strategic locations. We are looking for a Parking Revenue & Growth Executive who will take ownership of one key mission: Maximize occupancy and revenue by turning empty parking bays into profitable opportunities. This is a hybrid role combining pricing strategy, marketing activation, and partnership building.

If you are commercially driven, creative, and love turning “unused space” into income—this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue & Pricing Strategy

  • Conduct competitor parking rate surveys and market analysis 
  • Design competitive and dynamic parking pricing structures 
  • Develop parking products (e.g. season passes, hourly deals, event rates) 
  • Monitor occupancy trends and adjust strategies to improve revenue 

Business Growth (B2B Focus)

  • Identify and secure corporate partnerships 
  • Promote bulk parking bay arrangements (e.g. storage, fleet parking) 
  • Develop proposals and negotiate commercial agreements 
  • Build pipeline of potential clients for unused parking capacity 

Marketing & Demand Generation

  • Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns for parking locations 
  • Promote available parking spaces through digital channels
