We are seeking a dynamic and strategic professional to lead marketing, communications, and public relations initiatives for SIREH Park. This role is responsible for enhancing the park’s visibility, driving engagement, and strengthening community relationships. As part of this role, you will also cultivate and manage partnerships with government agencies, private sector organisations, and NGOs to support the park’s programmes and events.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to secure donations and sponsorships for SIREH Park’s initiatives. Promote Park activities, sustainability efforts, and community engagement through targeted campaigns and outreach programs.
- Manage and maintain social media platforms to ensure an active and engaging online presence for SIREH Park. Regularly share updates, promote events, and interact with the community to enhance visibility and engagement.
- Coordinate and manage both SIREH Park events and external events hosted at the park to ensure smooth operations. Oversee the entire event process, from planning to execution and post-event evaluation, to enhance visitor experience. Ensure that all events align with SIREH Park’s objectives and create a positive impact on attendees.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, private sector partners, and NGOs to support initiatives aligned with SIREH Park’s mission. Develop press releases, manage media relations, and handle crisis communications to ensure effective public engagement.
- Strengthen relationships with the local community through outreach programs, community events, and collaborative initiatives. Ensure active engagement with stakeholders to support SIREH Park’s goals and enhance public involvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in: Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
- Minimum 5 to 8 years of total working experience, including 1 to 5 years of relevant experience in a related discipline and/or stakeholder management.
- Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in marketing, communications, or event management.
- Experience in public relations, sponsorship acquisition, or community engagement is an advantage.
- Proven experience in marketing strategy development, event management, and public relations.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities to manage diverse teams and stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
