Key Responsibilities
- Follow SOP and perform regular AMHS H/W preventive maintenance.
- Work with vendor as automation on duty help desk for system abnormal recovery & trouble shooting.
- Monitor daily system & tool performance and regular report update.
- Automation project support
- Nitec, Higher Nitec, ITE, Poly in Mechanical/Electric Engineering fields or equivalent
- At least 5 years experience
- Prefer to have AMHS experience or semiconductor manufacturing experience.
- Ability to work in a cleanroom environment and work in 12hrs day-night shifts.
- Ability to work at height & carry 10kg items.
