Responsibilities:

  • Engage with the Directors/Area Managers/Account Managers to deeply understand the company's analytics requirements and strategic goals.
  • Translate business needs into data-driven insights that support executive decision-making and long-term planning.
  • Communicate complex data insights in a clear and actionable manner, ensuring that leadership can quickly grasp and utilize findings.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement by analyzing large datasets to pinpoint inefficiencies and bottlenecks in current operations.
  • Leverage advanced analytical techniques to uncover patterns, trends, and correlations that can lead to enhanced productivity and cost savings.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, ensuring the company adopts best practices in digitalization and data analytics.
  • Design and develop comprehensive visual reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Interpret and combine data from multiple sources (e.g., property management systems, financial databases, and tenant feedback) to provide a holistic view of performance.
  • Ensure reports are user-friendly and tailored to the needs of various stakeholders, from executives to on-the-ground teams.
  • Build and maintain robust databases, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and accessibility.
  • Document database structures, processes, and workflows meticulously, enabling seamless collaboration with other departments.
  • Acquire and integrate data from various internal and external sources, ensuring it aligns with the company’s objectives.
  • Collaborate with site teams to collect necessary data, ensuring all relevant information is captured for analysis.
  • Provide training and support to site personnel on data collection methods, emphasizing the importance of accuracy and consistency.
  • Act as a liaison between the site teams and the central office, ensuring data flows efficiently and any issues are promptly addressed.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in statistics, mathematics, computer science, or related fields, with at least 3 years of experience in data development and analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, JavaScript, Python).
  • Experience in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Lookerstudio).
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with various levels of the organization.
  • Knowledge of the property management industry and digitalization trends is a plus.
