Tanggungjawab

  • Oversee and manage the full spectrum of sales administration processes from booking to sales conversion, including execution of eSPA signing & stamping, issuance of official letters and reminders, handling of sales cancellations/terminations, billing, and ensuring timely collection of payments.
  • Lead the issuance of all relevant correspondence and undertakings to purchasers, financiers, solicitors, and sales agents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
  • Review and ensure accuracy of purchaser details, property information, and floor plans in the Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) and all related sales documentation.
  • Prepare, analyze, and present weekly and monthly sales, collection, and forecasting reports, including SPA status tracking, to support management decision-making.
  • Act as a key point of escalation in addressing customer enquiries and issues, ensuring prompt, professional resolution while coordinating closely with internal departments.
  • Supervise and ensure accurate data entry of sales transactions, while monitoring and improving sales processes to maintain up-to-date and reliable records.
  • Manage and strengthen coordination with purchasers, sales agents, financiers, solicitors, and internal stakeholders on all SPA, loan, and documentation-related matters.
  • Work closely with the Sales & Marketing team to ensure alignment and accuracy in sales documentation and processes.
  • Oversee handling of enquiries, complaints, and operational issues across all projects, ensuring high standards of customer service.
  • Ensure proper documentation, filing systems, and record management for effective traceability and audit readiness.
  • Support and guide team members (if applicable), providing direction to ensure smooth daily operations and continuous process improvement.
  • Manage and oversee registrations with LPHS, PPAM, iHOME, and other relevant government bodies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Undertake ad-hoc assignments and initiatives to support operational efficiency and departmental objectives.


Requirements – Senior Executive, Sales Administration

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Property Management, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sales administration within the property development / real estate industry.
  • Strong working knowledge of Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) processes, loan documentation, billing, and progressive payment collection.
  • Well-versed in end-to-end sales administration processes, from booking to vacant possession (VP).
  • Experience in handling eSPA signing & stamping, as well as liaison with solicitors, financiers, and government authorities (LPHS)
  • Good understanding of housing loan processes and coordination with financial institutions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with property management or sales systems will be an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to prepare and interpret sales and collection reports, forecasts, and status tracking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal stakeholders, customers, and external parties.
  • Ability to work independently, handle multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in documentation and data management.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to handle escalations professionally.
  • Prior experience in guiding junior team members will be an added advantage.
