Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Sales: Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to promote a comprehensive suite of banking products and services (deposits, financing, wealth management, etc.).
Consultative Selling: Understand customer needs, conduct financial profiling, and recommend tailored banking solutions.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed KPIs and monthly sales performance metrics.
Relationship & Pipeline Management: Nurture client relationships to generate referrals and repeat business while accurately updating sales activities in the CRM system.
Customer Excellence: Handle customer objections, inquiries, and complaints professionally, collaborating with Quality Assurance and sales admin teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
Qualifications:
Minimum High School diploma or equivalent.
experienced in telesales, outbound contact centres, or similar target-driven sales roles.
Exceptional verbal communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Highly resilient with the ability to handle rejection gracefully in a busy environment.
A ambitious who works well independently and as part of a cooperative team.
