As the CAIO, you will own the AI roadmap. You will lead the transition from traditional automation to a fully Agentic enterprise. You won't just be managing a department; you will be redefining how millions of customers interact with their wealth, how we mitigate risk in real-time, and how our internal teams leverage Generative AI to 10x their productivity.

Your Core Pillars of Responsibility

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a bank-wide AI strategy, ensuring alignment with global regulatory standards and business growth targets.
• Cutting-Edge Implementation: Oversee the deployment of advanced RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) frameworks and Multi-Agent Systems to revolutionize customer service and internal knowledge bases.
• Product Innovation: Lead the development of next-gen chatbots and personalized financial advisors that feel human and act with precision.
• Governance & Ethics: Establish robust frameworks for AI ethics, bias mitigation, and "Human-in-the-Loop" validation processes.
• Talent Incubation: Build and mentor an elite squad of Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and AI Ethicists.
