  1. Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  2. 2–4 years of relevant graphic design experience, preferably in F&B, retail, or lifestyle industries.
  3. Strong visual sensibility with a solid grasp of layout, typography, colour, and composition.
  4. Good understanding of branding principles and visual hierarchy, especially within retail marketing.
  5. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); motion graphics or basic video editing skills are an added advantage.
  6. Able to translate concepts into high-quality visual outputs efficiently.
  7. Detail-oriented, with a strong eye for aesthetics and brand consistency.
  8. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, campaign-driven environment.
  9. Good communication skills and receptive to feedback and collaboration.

Job Description

The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating strong, on-brand visual content that brings Luckin Coffee’s campaigns, products, and store experiences to life. This role focuses heavily on visual storytelling, ensuring all designs are eye-catching, consistent, and effective across digital, in-store, and marketing touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop visually compelling designs for marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
  2. ranslate marketing concepts and briefs into clear, engaging visual executions aligned with Luckin Coffee’s brand guidelines.
  3. Design materials for both digital and offline channels, including Social media visual, in-store POSM (menu boards, posters, standees, Digital screens & app visuals, Event and activation materials
  4. Ensure all visual outputs maintain brand consistency, visual quality, and speed of execution in a fast-moving retail environment.
  5. Collaborate closely with Marketing, Social Media, and Operations teams to support campaign timelines.
  6. Adapt and localise regional / HQ visuals to suit the Malaysia market while preserving brand integrity.
  7. Prepare design files accurately for production, printing, or digital deployment.
  8. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
