Qualifications, Experience, & Skills:

  • Educational Background in Wellness: Ideal candidates should have a background in wellness-related fields, such as dietetics, nutrition, pharmacist or medical studies. (Preferrable)
  • Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Ability to effectively understand client needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Sales and Relationship Building: Experience in sales (B2C/B2B), particularly within corporate environments, and the ability to build strong relationships (Key Account Management) in the Health & Wellness industry, especially in relation to HRDF.
  • Work Ethic and Reliability: Demonstrates a strong work ethic, is proactive, goal-oriented, responsible, and reliable. Must be able to honor commitments consistently.
  • Self-Motivation and Organizational Skills: Capable of efficiently organizing your routine and maintaining high levels of self-motivation.
  • Income-Driven: Looking for attractive income opportunities and motivated by financial success.
  • Transportation: Must have own transportation for travel to work appointments.

What Does a Day Look Like?

As a Corporate Sales Consultant, you’ll spend your day interacting with clients, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable health and wellness program. You’ll also work closely with our team to strategize and meet sales targets.

A typical day is dynamic and split between field and office work:

  • You might start your morning by researching and prospecting new corporate clients, making calls or sending outreach emails to introduce VealthMe's services.
  • Your afternoon could be spent visiting a potential client's office to conduct a needs assessment meeting, acting as a health consultant to understand their workforce wellness challenges.
  • Back at the office, you would design a tailored proposal for a health screening package, followed by internal meetings with your manager to strategize on closing key deals.
  • You'll end the day by updating the CRM system, tracking your pipeline against monthly sales targets (KPIs), and planning follow-ups.

In this role, you will be directly responsible for:

  • Prospecting & Outreach: Actively seeking out and generating new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.
  • Full Sales Cycle Management: Owning the process from initial client contact and needs analysis to proposal presentation, contract negotiation, and closing.
  • Solution Design & Presentation: Designing and pitching customized corporate health solutions (e.g., health screenings, wellness workshops) that meet client objectives.
  • Client Relationship & Account Management: Building trusted partnerships with corporate HR and management to ensure successful program implementation and secure renewals or expansions.
  • Target Achievement: Being accountable for achieving and exceeding individual monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
