Who We're Looking For

If you:

• ⁠ have 1–3 years in sales, BD, or account management
• ⁠ are comfortable with cold outreach and follow-ups
• ⁠ are warm, professional, and well-presented in person
• ⁠ have strong English communication skills
• ⁠ are a self-starter with own transport

Bonus if you have hospitality/events experience or an existing network of event agencies and corporate HR in KL.

Sales & Events Executive (Full-Time)

Desa Sri Hartamas, Kuala Lumpur

We're looking for a Sales & Events Executive to own the full sales cycle for a beautiful event venue and coworking space - from finding new clients to closing bookings to making sure events run smoothly.

If you enjoy building relationships and being the face of a brand, this role is for you.

About the Space

We run two spaces in Desa Sri Hartamas:

The Timber Space – a Balinese-inspired event venue hosting weddings, corporate events, workshops, and private functions. 

Oasis Coworking – a wellness-inspired coworking space for founders, creatives, and entrepreneurs.

What You'll Do

• ⁠ Outbound sales — reach out to corporate HR, event agencies, and wedding planners via email, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn
• ⁠ Close inbound leads from our qualified pipeline
• ⁠ Conduct venue viewings and site tours
• ⁠ Coordinate with vendors and oversee events on the day
• ⁠ Build a pipeline of 50–100 prospect accounts
• ⁠ Drive repeat bookings through client check-ins

Compensation

• ⁠ Base: RM 3,000/month + commission
