  •  Minimum 3–6years of experience in AI, automation, data analytics, software development, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of prompt engineering and AI workflows 
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools (e.g. Zapier, Make) or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with APIs or basic scripting (e.g. Python) is a plus.
  • Experience with dashboards or reporting tools (e.g. Power BI or similar).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
  • Able to translate business needs into practical solutions.
  • Good communication and ability to work across teams.
  • Hands-on mindset with a focus on execution (not just theory).

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in startups or fast-moving environments. 
  • Exposure to CRM systems and marketing automation tools. 
  • Experience testing or implementing new AI tools.

About the Role

Waimin Sdn. Bhd. is looking for a hands-on and results-driven AI & Automation Specialist to drive the adoption of AI across our business operations.

This role focuses on applying AI tools and automation to improve efficiency, marketing performance, customer engagement, and decision-making. You will work closely with management to identify opportunities and implement practical, high-impact solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement AI-driven solutions for business processes.
  • Build automations across marketing, sales, customer service, and reporting workflows.
  • Use AI tools (e.g. Grok and similar platforms) for content creation, analysis, and productivity.
  • Design and optimise prompt workflows and AI-assisted processes.
  • Analyse data to generate customer insights and support forecasting. 
  • Build dashboards and reporting systems.
  • Integrate AI tools with CRM systems and internal workflows.
  • Research and test new AI tools and technologies.
  • Train internal teams on AI usage and best practices. 
  • Ensure secure, responsible, and effective use of AI tools.
