About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Immigration Associate to join our Kuala Lumpur team. In this role, you’ll support corporate clients with end-to-end immigration processes, ensuring compliance while delivering exceptional service.

You’ll work closely with clients, employees, government agencies, and internal stakeholders to manage immigration cases efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for corporate immigration clients
  • Manage end-to-end immigration processes (visas, work permits, documentation)
  • Prepare and review applications to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Advise clients on immigration procedures, timelines, and risks
  • Liaise with government authorities, embassies, and internal teams
  • Track and maintain organized case files and documentation
  • Provide regular updates and handle client inquiries professionally
  • Stay current with immigration laws and regulatory changes
  • Support billing, time tracking, and commercial awareness
  • Assist in training junior team members (as applicable)

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience (fresh grads are welcome!)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
  • A proactive mindset and willingness to learn new tools and technologies
  • Interest in global immigration and international business environments
