We're Hiring: SAP S/4 Hana Consultant!

We are seeking a skilled SAP S/4 Hana Consultant with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP S/4 Hana implementations, migrations, and optimizations to drive business transformation.

What You'll Do:
Responsibilities: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Your day-to-day activities will involve using modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Providing solutions to problems within your immediate team and across multiple teams is a critical part of your role. Expert proficiency in Deployment Countdown & Cutover Execution is required. Take ownership of specific software components and ensure their quality and performance meet project standards. Support and guide less experienced colleagues by sharing knowledge and best practices. Analyze complex problems and contribute to the design of innovative solutions that align with business objectives. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software components. Continuously improve development processes and advocate for the adoption of new technologies and methodologies.

• Coordinate data migration and cutover activities from existing systems to SAP S/4HANA
• Manage consistency and alignment of all in-scope data throughout migration and cutover processes in accordance with data migration and cutover approach
• Drive adherence to the end-to-end data migration and cutover plan, proactively monitor, follow up, and escalate risks, issues, and actions related to data migration and cutover activities.
• Collaborate closely with project teams and data owners on a daily basis to ensure data readiness, issue resolution, and smooth execution of migration and cutover activities.
