Description
As a Relocation Consultant, your main responsibilities will include:
Managing the end-to-end relocation process for clients and ensuring a smooth transition.
Providing expert advice on relocation policies, housing, and local amenities.
Coordinating with service providers, including real estate agents and logistics companies.
Assisting clients with visa applications, documentation, and compliance requirements.
Conducting needs assessments to tailor relocation services to individual client requirements.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client cases in the system.
Providing regular updates and support to clients throughout the relocation process.
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure service excellence and client satisfaction.
Profile
A successful Relocation Consultant should have:
Higher education in business administration or relevant
A strong understanding of the professional services industry and relocation processes.
Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
The ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
Proficiency in managing documentation and compliance requirements.
A proactive and problem-solving mindset to address client needs.
Familiarity with relocation tools and systems is an advantage.
Language skills - MUST have Korean and English speaking skills.
