job responsibilities
- Design & Development: Build and maintain high-performance backend services and APIs using Node.js and TypeScript.
- Integration: Collaborate with frontend engineers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
- Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and bugs to ensure system scalability.
- Security: Implement robust security measures and data protection protocols.
- Documentation: Maintain clear technical documentation for code and architectural decisions to support future maintenance.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command of JavaScript (ES6+) and Node.js. Experience with frameworks like Express, NestJS, or Fastify.
- Modern Stack: Familiarity with TypeScript, GraphQL, and RESTful API design.
- Database Knowledge: Expertise in structuring and organizing information using PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis.
- Cloud & DevOps: Exposure to AWS/Azure/GCP and CI/CD pipelines (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Digital Fluency: Experience or interest in AI-assisted coding tools and data literacy.
- Soft Skills: Adaptive problem-solving and the ability to explain technical matters to non-technical stakeholders.
