Job Description

1. Full-Set Accounting & Financial Management

• Handle full-set accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with accounting standards.
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure financial stability.
• Ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner.

2. Audit & Compliance

• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
• Prepare and provide necessary documentation for external audits.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and company policies.
• Assist in the preparation of tax computations and tax filings.

3. Client & Stakeholder Management

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and business partners.
• Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams (finance, sales, operations, etc.).
• Handle client inquiries, resolve financial discrepancies, and provide professional accounting advice.

4. Reporting & Documentation

• Generate and analyze financial reports, P&L statements, and balance sheets.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in accounting software.
• Monitor and manage accounts receivable and payable to ensure timely payments and collections.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of full-set accounting, financial reporting, and audit processes.
• Experience in liaising with auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, QuickBooks, SAP).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and able to work independently.
• Familiarity with local tax regulations (SST, GST, corporate tax) is an advantage.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
