Responsibilities:
Operational Management
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of retail stores in the assigned area to ensure efficient processes and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor compliance with company policies, procedures [SOP], and standards.
- Implement strategies to optimize inventory levels, stock rotation, and loss prevention.
Sales & Financial Performance
- Drive sales performance to meet and exceed store targets for revenue, profitability, and growth.
- Analyze store performance data to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement.
Inventory Control
- Ensure accurate inventory management in all stores by monitoring stock levels and turnover rates.
- Collaborate with Shop Supervisor to conduct regular inventory count [Bi-monthly] and maintain optimal stock levels.
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends, minimize overstocking, and ensure timely restocking of products.
Staff Development & Leadership
- Recruit, train, and mentor store managers and staff to ensure they meet performance expectations.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback and coaching to improve productivity and morale.
- Foster a positive and customer-focused culture across the stores.
Customer Service & Experience
- Ensure all stores in the area deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of store presentation.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement initiatives to improve customer satisfaction.
Marketing & Merchandising
- Work with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and events within the stores.
- Ensure proper merchandising and display techniques are used to maximize sales opportunities include Festival’s Window Display
- Bi-weekly change the Visual Merchandise as per request
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Contribute to the development of the retail strategy, including expansion plans, product assortment, and marketing initiatives.
- Implement store policies and ensure alignment with overall business goals and objectives.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure all stores comply with health and safety regulations, labor laws, and company policies.
- Manage any risk-related issues, including theft, accidents, or store security
Requirements:
- Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience, including at least 2 years in a multi-store supervisory role.
- Willing to learn, possess valid driving license, willing to travel.
- Independent, takes initiative and is self-motivated.
- Detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
- Willing to participate in company activities and events.
- Computer literate and proficient in MS Office (Excel/Word).
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays, depending on business needs.
- Responsible for managing 6–9 boutiques in the Selangor area.
- 5 working day per week.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
