Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute performance-driven marketing initiatives that directly contribute to business growth and revenue.
This role requires a strong balance of paid media expertise and the ability to create high-converting content. The ideal candidate is both analytical and creative, with a proven track record of driving traffic, improving conversion rates, and generating measurable sales results.
Job Description:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies focused on customer acquisition, conversion, and revenue growth
- Plan, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Create and execute high-converting content, including ad copies, headlines, hooks, and landing page messaging
- Continuously test and optimize campaigns (A/B testing on creatives, targeting, and funnels) to improve key metrics such as CTR, conversion rate, and ROAS
- Analyze campaign performance and customer behavior data to identify insights and opportunities for growth
- Design and optimize end-to-end marketing funnels from awareness to conversion
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., creative, product, sales) to ensure alignment on campaign objectives and messaging
- Drive and be accountable for online sales performance (revenue, conversion rate, campaign results)
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies focused on customer acquisition, conversion, and revenue growth
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on performance marketing and conversion
- Proven track record of managing paid advertising campaigns and delivering measurable business results (e.g., revenue growth, ROAS improvement)
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Strong ability to develop high-converting content (not limited to branding or social media content)
- Solid understanding of marketing funnels, customer journeys, and conversion optimization
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and execute campaigns end-to-end
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in e-commerce, retail, or direct-to-consumer (DTC) industries
- Experience in scaling campaigns or growing a brand from early stages
- Prior experience in both in-house and agency environments

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
