Kerja Sepenuh Masa Quantity Surveyor, Gaji tinggi MYR 3,500 di EV Dynamic Selangor - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, submit, evaluate and monitor interim progress claim (either with the client and/or sub-contractors/ suppliers).
• Prepare, check, evaluate and finalize final accounts.
• Assist in monitoring and checking of notice of claim and/or variation orders.
• Check and monitor performance bonds, retention sum, insurances, etc.
• Carry outsourcing, evaluation of quotation or tender for supply of materials and/or services.
• Attend to joint measurement activities carried out on site as and when requested by the Head of Department.
• Attend discussions or meetings as and when directed by the Head of Department.
• Attend to all relevant administration and documentation for the project
• Assist in CIPAA 2012 and/or arbitration documentation completion.
• Regular update on work issues to Head of Department.
• Work closely with project team, finance on contracts matters, liaise with clients, supplier and sub-contractor.
• Perform any other duty and responsibility which Head of Department the company may assign from time to time.

Requirements:

• Fresh Graduate or minimum 1 year experience in the project management field.
• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveyor and other related field of study.
• Knowledgeable in methods and techniques of conducting site and field investigation and surveys.
• Organization and time management.
• Possess leadership & problem solving skills
• Must be self-motivated, independent and have a good interpersonal skill.
• Responsible and able to meet deadlines.

Job Types: Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
