Job Description & Details

Position: Business Development - AEON Nationwide
Company: SZBLOOMS GROUP SDN BHD
Salary: RM1,700 – RM3,000 + Commission
Working Hours: 9.00am - 5.30pm

Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Location: Bandar Puteri Bangi, Kajang, Selangor

• Develop and expand the company’s customer and retail network.
• Manage and grow business opportunities with key accounts including AEON and other retail partners.
• Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
• Explore new product opportunities and potential market segments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners, buyers, and vendors.
• Plan and coordinate marketing and promotional activities with retail partners.
• Manage stock supply to selected AEON outlets & other retail partners across Malaysia, including coordinating logistics, arranging stock, and ensuring proper product display.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment to ensure product availability in outlets.
• Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
