OFFSET PRINTING Assistant Leader

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and manage offset printing machines (Ryobi / RMGT).
• Ensure all printed materials meet company quality standards and customer specifications.
• Support machine setup, including color matching, registration, and troubleshooting.
• Assist in planning and coordinating production schedules to meet deadlines efficiently.
• Lead, guide, and train printing operators to maintain high productivity and performance.
• Identify and resolve printing defects and machine-related issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control procedures at all times.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in offset printing operations.
• Hands-on experience with Ryobi and/or RMGT printing machines is required.
• Strong knowledge of printing processes, color control, and printing materials.
• Proven leadership ability with experience managing or supervising a team.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
• Willing to work shifts and overtime when required.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skill

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
