Job Description
- Manage and optimize product listings across ecommerce platforms to ensure accuracy and visibility.
- Monitor and analyze online sales performance, providing actionable insights to improve results.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of sales campaigns and promotions.
- Assist in pricing and inventory management to maintain competitive positioning.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive traffic and conversion rates on ecommerce channels.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Track and report on KPIs, including sales growth, website traffic, and customer engagement.
- Stay updated on ecommerce trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Experience in managing ecommerce platforms within the FMCG industry.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales data effectively.
- Exposure to or familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, Shopify, or Amazon would be an advantage.
- Proficiency in ecommerce tools and software.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- A proactive and results-driven approach to achieving sales targets.
- Knowledge of online marketing strategies and customer engagement techniques.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
