 TixCarte builds EasyTix — a ticketing and operations platform for theme parks, attractions, and cruise operators.

We focus on solving real operational problems: helping operators increase revenue, reduce leakage, and run smoother day-to-day operations. Our goal is simple — go live fast and deliver impact within weeks.

We are now growing and looking for someone who can drive that growth on the front line.

The Role

This is a hands-on sales role focused on acquiring and closing new merchants.

You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, engaging operators, running demos, and closing deals. You will also work closely with the product team to bring real market feedback into what we build.

You are expected to own the full cycle — from first conversation to go-live.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and close new merchants (theme parks, attractions, cruise operators, ferry operators) 
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline 
  • Run product demos and present solutions based on client needs 
  • Prepare proposals and negotiate commercial terms 
  • Work with onboarding team to ensure smooth go-live 
  • Maintain relationships with clients and identify upsell opportunities 
  • Continuously bring market insights back to the team 

KPIs

  • Number of new merchants signed per month 
  • Monthly recurring revenue (MRR) closed 
  • Pipeline value and conversion rate 
  • Sales cycle time 
  • Successful go-live of accounts
