Job Description
Industry/ Organization Type: Freight Forwarding, Packing and Crating Services
Position Title: Customer Service Executive (Freight Forwarding)
Working Location: Loyang
Working Hours: 5 Days (Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM / 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
Salary Package: Basic Salary + PB + VB+ AWS + Medical Benefits
Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
Deliver strong service and support customer satisfaction.
Follow standard procedures to maintain service quality.
Handle enquiries, quotations, and shipment arrangements (including cross-trade).
Coordinate with customers and overseas agents.
Manage import/export processes and documentation.
Support sales activities when needed.
Resolve customer issues and maintain accurate records.
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of sea and air shipment procedures is preferred.
Good communication skills and able to work well in a team.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
