Job Summary

Drive the growth and performance of Brand Insurance and Body & Paint (B&P) operations by improving dealer performance, strengthening insurance renewal and accident penetration rates, and ensuring operational compliance, service quality, and customer satisfaction across the dealer network.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive B&P and insurance business performance, supporting B&P throughput and parts wholesale
• Monitor B&P and insurance business KPIs, identify gaps, and initiate corrective actions
• Improve accident penetration and insurance renewal rates
• Support dealers through performance reviews, outlet audits, and action plan development
• Coordinate with dealers, insurers, and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and execution
• Prepare and manage reports, tracking, and follow‑ups on performance

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Automotive, Business, or related field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in automotive and/or motor insurance industry
• Knowledge of insurance business and B&P operations
• Strong analytical, coordination, and follow‑up skills
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and business systems; Microsoft Power Apps knowledge is an advantage
• Good communication skills; able to work independently and with multiple stakeholders
