Key Responsibilities

Manage daily carpentry operations, workshop production, and site installation works.

Plan work schedules and allocate manpower efficiently.

Supervise carpenters, subcontractors, and site teams.

Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements before production.

Coordinate with project managers, designers, suppliers, and clients.

Ensure quality control and compliance with safety regulations.

Monitor project progress and resolve technical or site issues.

Control material usage and minimize wastage.

Manage procurement of carpentry materials and hardware.

Ensure timely delivery and installation of furniture, fittings, and carpentry works.

Conduct staff training and performance evaluation.

Prepare reports on project status, manpower, and operational costs.

Requirements

Diploma or equivalent qualification in Carpentry, Construction, Interior Design, or related field.

Minimum 5–10 years of experience in carpentry or interior fit-out industry.

Experience managing workshop and site operations.

Ability to read technical drawings and shop drawings.

Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Good knowledge of carpentry materials, machinery, and installation methods.

Familiar with workplace safety practices.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills

Project management experience.

Knowledge of AutoCAD or related software.

Experience in residential, commercial, or hotel fit-out projects.

Singapore Class 3 driving licence is an advantage.
