Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented SAP ABAP Programmer with hands-on experience in the development, customization and maintenance of SAP applications. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ABAP programming, FRICEW (Forms, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements and Workflows) and a solid understanding of SAP reporting tools, S/4HANA and various SAP modules. This role involves supporting and enhancing SAP functionalities across business modules such as FICO, MM, PM, SD, PP, PS, HCM and Success factor. Knowledge of SAP BASIS, SCPI, Cloud Integration and Dashboards is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• ABAP Development: Design, develop, test and implement ABAP programs, reports, forms, interfaces, conversions, enhancements and workflows (FRICEW) for various SAP modules (FICO, MM, PM, SD, PP, PS).
• SAP Customization: Customize and enhance SAP applications to meet business requirements, ensuring that all solutions comply with system standards.
• Reporting & Dashboards: Develop SAP reports using tools like ALV, SAP script and Smart Forms and integrate them with SAP dashboards and analytics tools.
• S/4HANA Database: Leverage SAP S/4HANA database technologies to manage data, enhance performance and enable real-time analytics.
• Module Support: Provide ongoing support for SAP modules (FICO, MM, PM, SD, PP, PS, HCM,Success Factor), addressing issues and ensuring optimal functionality of ABAP code.
• System Integration: Implement seamless integrations between SAP and external systems using tools like SAP Cloud Platform Integration (SCPI) and other integration technologies.
• Troubleshooting & Debugging: Debug and resolve issues related to SAP programs, ensuring minimal disruption and optimal performance of business operations.
• Collaboration: Work closely with functional consultants or application support analysts to gather requirements and create technical specifications for SAP solutions.
• System Upgrades & Migrations: Participate in SAP system upgrades, migrations and new implementations, ensuring smooth transitions with minimal downtime.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation for all developed solutions, including technical specifications and user manuals.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in ABAP programming and FRICEW (Forms, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Workflows).
• SAP Modules Expertise: Solid experience in supporting and customizing SAP modules such as FICO, MM, PM, SD, PP and PS.
• SAP Reporting Tools: Proficiency in SAP reporting tools like ALV, SAP script, SmartForms, with experience in designing and implementing reports.
• S/4HANA: Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, including its capabilities for handling large datasets and providing real-time analytics.
• Experience with SAP BASIS, SAP Cloud Platform Integration (SCPI), dashboard development and cloud-based integrations is highly advantageous.
• Debugging & Problem-Solving: Strong skills in debugging and troubleshooting complex SAP issues, ensuring fast resolution.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Agile Methodology: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is beneficial.
• Cloud Integration Tools: Experience with SAP Cloud Integration, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), or related tools is a plus.
• UI5/Fiori: Knowledge of SAP Fiori/UI5 applications and development is advantageous.
