Responsibilities:

• Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing and workforce requirements
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs

• Maintain recruitment databases, reports, and candidate records accurately

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR-related roles preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Familiarity with recruitment platforms and HR systems
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in technical or international recruitment
