This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Human Resources Executive, based in Cheras. The role involves handling day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures. The Junior HR Executive will also assist in payroll processing, employee relations, performance management, and organizing training programs and employee engagement activities.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to foster positive relationships with employees and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of recruitment and onboarding processes, as well as performance management and employee engagement practices.
• Proficiency in maintaining human resources records and ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
• Familiarity with payroll processing and HR software tools is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience or internships in human resources will be considered an advantage.
