Location: Kuala Lumpur (On-site)

Salary: RM 2,600 to RM 2,850

Start Date: 2nd Week of June 2026

The Role:

As a Delivery Coordinator, you will ensure the seamless delivery of subtitling projects. You’ll manage complex workflows and perform quality checks to ensure content is ready for international audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with global vendors and monitor project timelines.

- Perform quality checks on files and prepare final deliverables for clients.

- Maintain databases and manage records for international assignments.

- Collaborate with internal teams, including Client Managers and Language Leads.

What We’re Looking For:

- Education: Open to Fresh Graduates with a background in Linguistics, English, or related Language Studies.

- Language: Professional fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential.

- Tech Savvy: Comfortable managing multiple screens, databases, and MS Excel.

- Traits: High attention to detail, ability to stay focused under pressure, and a fast learner.

- Shift Flexibility: 12-hour shifts (4 days per week) after the initial training period.
