Senior Functional Consultant – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance (F&O) 

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Functional Consultant specializing in the Finance module of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O). In this role, you will work closely with clients in a post-sales environment to deliver tailored solutions, manage system enhancements, and provide expert-level support across the full project lifecycle. 


Primary Responsibilities: 

  • Lead the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations – Finance Module, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. 
  • Collaborate with clients to understand business processes and translate them into D365 F&O solutions, particularly in areas such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, and Financial Reporting
  • Provide hands-on configuration and customization of the Finance module to meet client-specific needs. 
  • Develop functional documentation, test scripts, training materials, and user manuals. 
  • Conduct user training and workshops to ensure successful adoption of the system. 
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues, working closely with technical teams when needed. 
  • Support data migration, integration testing, and cutover planning. 
  • Maintain strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor on financial system best practices. 


Position Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in ERP implementation, with at least 2 full-cycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O (Finance Module)
  • Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles. 
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX is a plus. 
  • Familiarity with related modules such as Procurement, Sales, Inventory, and Production is advantageous. 
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. 
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken). 
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%, including international assignments.
